Saturday, September 20th, 2008According to Anime News Network, Cartoon Network has announced they will be ending the Toonami programming block. Toonami has been running for 11 years and was Cartoon Network’s timeslot for anime such as Sailor Moon, Dragonball and The Big O.
One Outs Manga and New Anime in October

Sunday, September 14th, 2008Yoshitoshi ABe will be a guest speaker at this year’s “Schoolgirls and Mobilesuits” workshop at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design (MCAD). ABe, the character designer for Serial Experiments Lain and Texhnolyze and the creator of Haibane Renmei and Niea_7, will be a guest speaker from September 26 - 28.
