New ADV Series Announcements
Monday, October 20th, 2008ICv2 has the full details but here’s a quick list:
- Clannad Volume One will be released on April 21, 2009, six volumes are planned for release with volume one containing four episodes
- Indian Summer OVA Collection will be released March 10, 2009
- Mahoromatic and Mahoromatic: Something More Beautiful Complete Set (both originally released by Geneon) will be released on January 13 and February 17 respectively
- Tsukihime (originally released by Geneon) will be released January 20
- Pet Shop of Horrors OVAs and Jewel Bem Hunter Lime announced with no dates

John Ledford, ADV CEO Interviewed
Monday, October 20th, 2008ICv2 has posted an interview with John Ledford, CEO of ADV Films. Some very interesting announcements have come from the interview inlcuding a new partnership with Sentai Filmworks. It appears as though ADV will not be licensing new anime, but instead only handling localization and some distribution.

More Shikabane Hime: Aka Details
Monday, October 20th, 2008Episode one of Shikabane Hime: Aka will appear on Hulu.com, YouTube, Joost.com and funimation.com on October 24th. The episode will be available for purchase on funimation.com for $1.99.
FUNimation is streaming this show just weeks after it aired on Japanese television.
